REWARDING INVESTEMENT AND PROFITS |
Most foreigners travel to Thailand during the summer and winter holidays and it may not be beneficial to leave their vacation homes vacant for the remaining months. With this in mind our Property Manager can arrange the property for rent through our "Investment Program" while the home owners are away. Through this program the Property Manager will provide a complete care of the property while it is rented to the short-stay tourists. The rental net income after expenses is shared between the villa owners and The Property Management Company. The villa owners can therefore use their home for vacations in selected months and, at the same time, reap a benefit from the rental income. This real estate investment benefit can be passed on from the original owner to their children or to the next owner.
We have two purchasing options for the foreign buyers. The villa can be purchased with the land lease contract that ranges from 30 to 90 years. For the foreign buyer who possesses the rights to hold the land title in Thailand, according to Thai law, we will permanently transfer the land title to the buyer. |

The villa design is motivated by the symbolic Thai traditional home with an emphasis on the aesthetic
of Thai style details while implementing the practicality of contemporary interior finishes and the modern construction methods. Our villas are built with reinforced concrete post and beam construction and steel roof structure combining with vernacular materials such as brick, plaster and wood. There are four models catering to the different needs of the residents. With tropical living concept and open floor plan, our villas are ideal for both relaxation and entertaining. |

ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY |
| In additional to the elegance and the comfort of each home @AoNang Villas has committed in preserving the environment and energy. Our villas are designed for better ventilation through vernacular roof form to help reduce the usage of the air-conditioning. We selected low water usage plumbing fixtures and low energy consumption appliances. The underground Rainwater Harvesting Tank will be installed to capture abundant tropical rain water to use for landscape irrigation. During the course of construction the existing mature trees were left in place, or carefully relocated. Additional trees will be planted for natural barrier and shades. |
